Abdominal Series 4
This advanced abdominal series is designed as a progression for those who have achieved good technique and muscle strength in beginner and intermediate classes.
Abdominal Series 3
This advanced abdominal series is designed as a progression for those who have achieved good technique and muscle strength in beginner and intermediate classes. It uses sliders in the first two exercises however it can still be completed without the use of sliders.
Full Body – class 13
This full body class begins with some gentle warm up exercises and continues with a focus on three key muscle areas, the abdominals, gluteals and upper back muscles.
Full Body – Express
This express full body series is great for use as a quick maintenance class when time is in short supply.
Upper Back & Arm Series 2
This short series focuses on the muscles of the upper back and arms.
Upper Back & Arm Series 1
This short series focuses on the muscles of the upper back and arms.
Abdominal Series 1
This short series focuses on the abdominal muscles.
Pelvic Series 1
This short series focuses on the pelvic stabilising muscles.
Abdominal Series 2
This short series focuses on the abdominal muscles.
Full Body – class 2
This full body series is a great place to start with a strong emphasis on correct technique with a focus on three key muscle areas, the abdominals, gluteals and upper back muscles.
Full Body – class 8
This full body series has a strong emphasis on correct technique with a focus on three key muscle areas, the abdominals, gluteals and upper back muscles.
Full Body – class 5
This full body series includes some kneeling exercises to test balance and stability and continues with a focus on three key muscle areas, the abdominals, gluteals and upper back muscles.
